TODAY'S MEDITATION & PRACTICE It's a habit of mine, to go full-on into whatever it is I am committed to. This has enabled me to accomplish many things that I am proud of.
However, after months of daily writing, I have decided to give myself weekends off. Time to rest. To play. Time to reset.
I encourage you to do the same. Rest and reset.
Today and tomorrow, for as long as you can hold the space, allow your sacred masculine to rest, to relax, to do nothing in particular. Allow yourself to be nourished, or not. To enjoy, or not.
Monday the world with all of Her beauty and Her demands awaits. Come back deeper, nourished after a moment or a weekend away from your routines. Come back, trusting that your body needs this as much as it needs the tension, pressure, stress, and friction of your practice and your work, to be who you are.
